Where to get it
It drops on every difficulty of that boss; the harder it is (Heroic, Mythic, higher Mythic+ keys), the higher its item level. In Mythic+ it can also show up in your weekly Great Vault.
Who is it for?
- ◆ It’s mail: at max level it’s worn by Hunter, Shaman, and Evoker.
- ◆ It gives Intellect / Agility: the game activates the one your specialization uses.
- ◆ Do the top players of your specialization use it? Check what top players use.
The item level shown is the base one. The real item level depends on where it drops (raid difficulty or Mythic+ key level) and on the upgrades you apply.
