• Browsing. When you visit the site, the server logs your IP address, browser and the page requested. This keeps the site secure and helps detect abuse (legitimate interest). Logs are deleted automatically as they rotate.
• Battle.net connection (optional). If you connect your account, Blizzard gives us temporary permission to read your BattleTag and your World of Warcraft characters. That permission is stored encrypted in a cookie in your browser, not in a database of ours, and expires after about 24 hours or when you disconnect. Legal basis: your request to use the service.
• AI assistant (optional). If you write to it, your question and your character's game data are sent to Anthropic PBC (USA) to generate the answer. We don't store the conversation. To limit abuse we count messages per hour with a hashed identifier kept only in memory. Legal basis: your request.
• Preferences. Theme, faction, guide mode and your progress lists are stored only in your browser (local storage). They never reach us.
• Statistics (Google Analytics). With your consent, we measure in aggregate which pages are visited to improve the guides.
• Advertising (Google AdSense). The site is funded by ads. With your consent, Google and its partners may use cookies to show you personalised ads and measure them. Without consent, Google only serves non-personalised or limited ads.
• Email. If you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland see Google's consent message (a platform certified under IAB Europe's TCF). You can accept, reject or choose by purpose, and change your mind at any time from "Cookie preferences" in the footer. Details of each cookie: cookie policy.

• Blizzard Entertainment, when you sign in with Battle.net (their privacy policy).
• Anthropic PBC, if you use the assistant (their privacy policy).

Google and Anthropic may process data in the United States, with GDPR safeguards: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to or restrict its processing, ask for portability and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to devs@prioritygate.com.

If you think we haven't handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.
